About the role
- Support and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite applications
- Manage troubleshooting of application servers and services
- Monitor and manage concurrent request queues
- Coordinate and work with teams for application and performance assessments
- Conduct incident management and technical assistance
- Resolve issues with monitoring and diagnostics of applications
- Perform regular system checks and patch application updates
Requirements
- Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Applications
- Knowledge of Java upgrades and browser testing
- Familiarity with server operations on Solaris, Linux, and Windows
- Proficient in application code migrations and performance tuning
- Experience in security and compliance for applications
- Ability to conduct annual DR tests and monitor application performance
- Collaboration with various teams including Prod Support, Release/Change Management, and Performance Testing
