About the role

  • Develop, manage and grow relationships with corporate clients within pensions and employee benefits.
  • Identify client needs and provide advice and solutions across risk, pensions and benefits.
  • Drive business development and sales activities, including identifying new opportunities and contributing to pitches and proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Norway and internationally to deliver high-quality, compliant and innovative solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments and client challenges to proactively suggest improvements and new offerings.
  • Contribute to a strong team culture based on collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in client meetings and occasional business travel as required.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience from the insurance market and/or relevant experience from HR, Employee Benefits or sales.
  • Solid knowledge of pensions and employee benefits and an interest in how these support clients’ people strategies.
  • Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English (English is the business language).
  • Strong analytical skills, good understanding of numbers and confidence working with Excel.
  • A structured, organized way of working, with the ability to prioritize, keep deadlines and manage several parallel tasks.
