- Serve as a strategic leader in Talent Management
- Partner closely with HLS Leadership to shape and execute talent strategies
- Inform all facets of talent strategy ensuring right talent placement
- Manage implementation of regional and global initiatives for talent retention

- Monitor and manage Consultant engagement and enhance consultant experience
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced client services business environment
- Management consulting and/or talent management experience preferred
- Proven experience leading and developing a small team
- Hands-on experience with capacity planning and utilization management
- Track record of designing and implementing talent programs
- Proficiency with HR data and analytics tools
