About the role
- Provide assistance to client service team members in the billing and processing of all new and renewal clients
- Balance the workload of your own book of business while supporting larger and more complex accounts
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a client service team
- Communicate with management, colleagues and clients to maintain positive working relationships
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management, colleagues and clients
- Ability to get licensed in insurance within 3 months of hire
- Bachelor's degree in business related field (plus, not required)
- Licensed in Property & Casualty (required within your first 3 months)
