  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
  • Fluent in English and German
  • An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to take the initiative, learn new skills and apply existing ones
  • Creativity in solving complex challenges
  • Aptitude for analytical work
