About the role
- Execute project delivery in line with strategic directions given by the managers of the team
- Perform analysis and develop client ready reports with minimum guidance and instructions
- Leverage and reinforce expertise in many of our practice areas (Executive Compensation, Broad-base Reward, Job Evaluation and organization-related issues, incentive plans, etc.)
- Support Senior Colleagues in preparing outputs for our clients and presenting part of the outputs directly to clients
- Support Senior Colleague in the development of commercial proposals
- Support in developing the business and the intellectual capital of the Reward Practice
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Organization, Management and/or Engineering
- +3 years of experience in consulting or in HR functions of medium-large size companies with focus on Reward and Compensation
- Experience in Financial Services will be a plus
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
