About the role
- Assist the team with a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned.
- Prepare responses to routine inquiries.
- File and log referrals to the team.
- Administer the Third-Party Providers (TPP) Committee.
- Schedule meetings involving multiple teams and senior leaders.
- Book meeting rooms and coordinate travel logistics.
- Support GFC project management by tracking outstanding actions and following up with action owners.
- Support GFC information requests by collating responses and following up with non-responders.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline with 1 to 2 years of general office/administrative work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Able to work independently or with a team.
