About the role
- Acts as lead advisory colleague on medium sized, less complex books of business
- Develops understanding of the clients’ business strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs
- Utilizes risk expertise to review clients’ exposures and develop solutions
- Executes renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with the Placement, Advisory Leader, and Client Executive
- Assists in presentations to prospective clients and develops innovative solutions
- Partners with Placement to negotiate and evaluate quotes from carriers
- Builds and maintains relationships with clients
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of brokerage experience involving Casualty programs; shared economy a plus
- P&C license; or ability to obtain
