About the role
- Support the conversion of data into our primary Agency Management systems
- Collaborate with MMA and data vendors to develop and implement data strategies
- Document and implement custom programming for data conversion
- Support data validation efforts
- Identify risks in test results
- Partner with other specialists and business leaders across all lines of business for successful data integration
- Develop and oversee the implementation of various data projects of production data
- Engage with leadership for risk analysis and high level strategy execution
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Leadership in general application administration & processes
- Experience in system migrations / conversions
- Knowledge of basic AMS Systems required and willingness to learn additional systems
- Knowledge of insurance and accounting operations
- Ability to take complex concepts and break them into manageable instructions and clear communications
- Proficient in creation of documentation & training materials
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers, users, agency and regional management, MMA leadership
