About the role

Support the conversion of data into our primary Agency Management systems
Collaborate with MMA and data vendors to develop and implement data strategies
Document and implement custom programming for data conversion
Support data validation efforts
Identify risks in test results
Partner with other specialists and business leaders across all lines of business for successful data integration
Develop and oversee the implementation of various data projects of production data
Engage with leadership for risk analysis and high level strategy execution

2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
Leadership in general application administration & processes
Experience in system migrations / conversions
Knowledge of basic AMS Systems required and willingness to learn additional systems
Knowledge of insurance and accounting operations
Ability to take complex concepts and break them into manageable instructions and clear communications
Proficient in creation of documentation & training materials
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers, users, agency and regional management, MMA leadership
