💰 $72,500 - $154,300 per year

About the role

  • Identify client needs and develop innovative insurance and risk management solutions
  • Manage policy administration, deliver reviewed policies to clients, and address client inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide technical expertise in preparing and presenting Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Collaborate with Energy Property Insurance markets to secure optimal terms and conditions for client placements.
  • Develop and execute renewal and placement strategies in partnership with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives
  • Maintain strong client and market relationships, manage coverage changes with underwriters, and ensure accurate policy specifications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in commercial property insurance; experience in energy and power is preferred
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
  • Ability to build strong relationships to deliver innovative solutions and immediate impact.
