About the role
- As a Wrap Up Consultant on the Wrap Up Administration team, you’ll be the expert on the general liability wrap up construction process from pre-bid to post-construction.
- You will assist with all aspects of owner-controlled insurance programs (OCIP) and contractor-controlled insurance programs (CCIP) on new and renewing business, while effectively resolving client requests.
- The Wrap Up Consultant will monitor contractor enrolments, review eligibility, generate enrolment certificates to OCIP/CCIP contractors, and provide day-to-day support and education to numerous contractors on projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years Wrap-Up experience within an insurance brokerage, or comparable experience as well as your Producers License for Fire/Casualty, as appropriate for role
- Managing the enrollment process for owner-controlled and contractor-controlled insurance programs, including reviewing contractor eligibility, processing enrollment forms, and collecting off-site certificates of insurance.
- Overseeing compliance tracking and quality assurance activities, including monitoring payroll compliance, audit results, and accuracy of insurance calculations for each project.
- Providing responsive support and communication to contractors and clients regarding enrollments, certificates, project reports, payroll close-outs, and service platform usage.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to coordinate service delivery, monitor results, track client plans, and mentor team members to ensure consistent execution of service strategies.
- Experience with OCIP/CCIP administration technology platform VUE
- BS/ BA in Business, Insurance, or related field
- CPCU, ARM, CEBS, or other professional insurance designation related to discipline
- Experience working with agency management systems
- Proficient skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
