- Work with colleagues on client engagements, including supporting the overall service delivery and strategy
- Negotiate highly competitive rates and coverage options from carriers and vendors
- Assist in the development of sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies

Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Life/Absence/Disability insurance and administration or consulting industry; experience in absence products or solutions preferred
- Superior analytical and mathematical skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Within 90 days from your start date, obtain all required state Health and Life insurance licenses
