About the role

  • Actively shape the future of the Strategic People Advisory and Corporate Governance Advisory Practice
  • Support commercial and financial management of the practice
  • Work closely with the Business Lead and COO Germany as well as the Sub-Practice Leads
  • Assess technological trends and their impact on consulting
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives to optimize client management, organizational structure, and processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in consulting or a similar role with a focus on operational management and growth
  • Proven track record of increasing profitability and operational efficiency
  • Can-do attitude, strategic thinking, and analytical working style
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and structure conflict
  • Strong presentation skills and confident communication
  • Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level proficiency)
