About the role
- Supervise and develop HRSS Operations team members in the ASEAN region.
- Manage client expectations and serve as the primary escalation point for complex cases.
- Implement business processes and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
- Utilize case management reporting tools to monitor and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support and manage projects and vendor relationships.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and company policies to minimize risk.
- Collaborate with internal HRSS departments, HR partners, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience managing HR Services or similar operations teams
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle escalations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
