About the role

  • Create and generate invoice requests, working closely with client support teams
  • Manage your book of work and ensure timely delivery on all cases as per SLAs (i.e. Meet SLAs on Accuracy, Productivity and TAT as per agreed standards)
  • Utilize proprietary billing systems to ensure timely and accurate invoice requests
  • Meet individual productivity, accuracy, and timeliness metrics
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and data security guidelines
  • Remain current by understanding and following all Marsh compliance, professional and transparency standards
  • Highlight and escalate operational risks to appropriate authorities for corrective action

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field
  • 2+ years of experience in team and administrative process management, preferably within the insurance industry and US insurance
  • Good analytical skills to understand reports and performance trends
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote client teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to conduct research to ensure accuracy in invoicing
