About the role
- Support the Solutions Marketing Director and the National Marketing Strategy Team
- Assist in executing go-to-market strategies for products and solutions
- Focus on content creation and campaign execution to drive lead generation
- Draft and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials
- Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders
- Build, test, and deploy integrated campaigns
- Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers
- Collaborate with project management, design, and digital teams
- Track campaign KPIs and compile performance summaries
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with business insurance/property and casualty focus
- Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- Comfortable collecting and organizing data to support decision-making
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience or familiarity with business insurance/property casualty marketing roles.
