Managing the execution of individual project workstreams.
This typically includes developing hypotheses; managing data collection, model creation and analyses; conducting primary and secondary research; creatively tackling information limitations; and surfacing insights
Synthesizing findings into written presentations; reviewing and discussing with clients and other stakeholders
Supporting our Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high quality execution
Reporting to Engagement Managers and Principals, effectively seeking guidance for technical expertise or senior-level advice on project execution and client engagement
Coaching consultants and helping them develop their skill sets

Requirements

At least 3-6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization).
Experience within Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Software/Technology, Media industries preferred, but not required.
Familiarity/experience with range of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
Willingness to travel.
Know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to good use.
Not just intelligence, but creativity too: you’ll be ready to come up with novel ideas to solve our clients’ biggest problems.
Have an aptitude for analytical work, like sniffing out clues in massive data sets or hunting down the key issues in a hugely complex challenge.
