About the role
- Handle both new and existing customer enquiries on behalf of the Account Executives
- Manage administrative processes for new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals
- Ensure prompt and efficient handling of client requests in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Build relationships with insurers to secure the best terms and pricing for clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and policy details
Requirements
- Previous experience in a client/customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, food & beverage)
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software
