About the role

  • Supporting, developing, and maintaining the integrations and applications within ITSM, HRSD, SPM, SIR, etc
  • Build and customize solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Security Incident Response, Software asset Management, and Hardware Asset Management
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
  • Ensure high-quality coding standards, maintainability, and compliance with best practices
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues as reported by customers or automated alerts
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, senior developers, and architects to refine technical approaches and system architecture
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions implemented
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to processes and systems
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and technical workshops
  • Help define best practices for module development in a high-compliance regulated setting

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow Platform and development best practices
  • Experience with ITIL practices and frameworks
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and related ServiceNow development tools
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong growth mindset
