About the role
- Actively manage a book of business to ensure client’s welfare benefit plan needs and goals are met
- All work is initially closely reviewed with VP or SVPs / assigned Partners
- Position has the ability to work out of any of the Michigan offices in Grand Rapids, Livonia or Troy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the welfare benefit plan industry
- Knowledge of group insurance (medical, dental, vision, life and disability products)
- Effective relationship-building and public speaking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
