About the role
- Support senior consultants with global benefits design, funding strategy, competitive benchmarking, and benefits implementation for start-ups and established operations.
- Contribute to client benefits strategy development by interpreting and presenting benchmark data and ensuring proper implementation of plan and program changes.
- Collaborate with global consultants to draft client-ready communications and respond to benefit-related inquiries.
- Analyze data and research to support strategic recommendations and attend client meetings as part of the service team.
- Resolve client issues appropriately and escalate when necessary, maintaining professional standards and documentation practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Actuarial Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and benchmark information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and working knowledge of the MS Office suite
