About the role
- Dive into client exposures, loss experiences, and current coverages to recommend tailored products and services
- Present clients with accurate market data from reliable sources
- Provide proactive, day-to-day client service, anticipating client needs and addressing questions or issues
- Gather important information about risk management needs and financial loss tolerance
- Evaluate and propose a variety of solutions to effectively manage risks
- Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients and conduct annual Client Advisory reviews
- Negotiate with multiple insurance carriers to offer comprehensive coverage options
Requirements
- 2 + years’ personal lines insurance experience with High Net Worth clientele
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Client service orientation with balance on managing expectations
- Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Professional designations a plus, e.g., CPCU, CIC, CPRIA, etc.
- Previous experience with relationships with luxury carriers, such as AIG, Chubb, PURE
