About the role
- Complete comprehensive renewal analysis to uncover options to reduce costs and improve value for clients and prospects
- Use utilization data to identify performance trends
- Educate producers and clients on output and provide strategies for concerns
- Facilitate on-site and virtual client meetings to review claims data
- Present marketing proposals, pay or play calculations, cost projections
- Organize Open Enrollment meetings
Requirements
- Current Florida 2-15 License
- Technical group health and benefits knowledge
- Experience with self-funded medical plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to form business relationships with clients, carriers and colleagues
- Experience with ImageRight, BenefitPoint or Employee Navigator (a plus)
- Familiarity with market solutions to control medical spend and improve population health (a plus)
- Leadership and delegation skills (a plus)
