About the role
- Provide premium quotes and manage issuance of insurance to clients, property managers, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Maintain real-time Statement of Values and advise on the impact of portfolio changes related to CAT exposure or occupancy shifts
- Adjust portfolio changes with insurance carriers quarterly or as directed by the client
- Handle invoicing processes including emailing invoices, tracking payments, reporting status to clients, issuing premium-paid statements, paying carriers, and monitoring escrow account balances with disclosures to clients
- Complete premium allocations with client input and approval, coordinating closely with risk management practice
Requirements
- College degree preferred, or 5+ years of insurance industry experience
- Strong knowledge of Property and/or Casualty insurance
- Proven experience working directly with external clients
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel
