About the role
- Support daily operations from a client service and administrative perspective
- Coordinate complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects
- Evaluate risks, review loss experience, cash flow, and financials; develop solutions
- Partner with senior Account Managers to retain and generate new business
- Strive to meet sales goals and work with senior team members to expand the book of business
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers
- Serve as a client contact, responding to complex client needs and questions
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions
Requirements
- 2+ years proven industry experience in a broker or underwriting P&C setting.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
