About the role
- Maintain a client book of business
- Strategically manage wellness program objectives
- Assist in developing and executing innovative wellness programs
- Create engaging presentations and collateral
- Research wellness vendors
- Collaborate closely with your dedicated Wellness Coordinator to manage client projects
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Employee Benefits or wellness program management
- BA/BS in Health Promotion, Public Health, Human Physiology, or related health/wellness field, or hold an RN or PA-C credential
- Experience in developing and executing wellness programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build personalized client relationships
- Certification in Certified Wellness Program Specialist (CWWS) required upon hire
