💰 $72,800 - $135,700 per year
About the role
- Serve as an expert in client service processes for business insurance
- Work with various applications, including the agency management system and related platforms
- Lead projects related to development and implementation of new processes and systems
- Design and implement solutions to maximize efficiency and connect people to resources
- Participate in regional workgroups to define requirements, redesign, and implement business processes, workflows and data standards
- Document and maintain procedures and other business process artifacts for training and reference
- Collaborate with national and regional resources and other stakeholders to identify problems and develop scalable solutions
- Report to the Business Process Leader, BI
- Remote work with some required travel
Requirements
- Understanding of the insurance brokerage business with 3+ years of experience in business insurance
- Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- A knack for process improvement, specifically refining workflows and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without need for sponsorship now or in the future
- 3+ years of experience in a business process or similar role
- Experience working with agency management and related systems such as Applied Epic, CSR24 and Indio
- (Optional) Experience with reporting, custom or third-party solutions that interact with an agency management system
- (Optional) Experience building and/or delivering training programs
- (Optional) Experience creating and maintaining procedure documentation
