Participate in client meetings to introduce analytic frameworks, gather information, and provide consulting.
Collaborate with implementation, account management, clinical, and health teams to align expectations, prioritize tasks, build reports, and deliver insights.
Serve as a healthcare data analytics subject matter expert, creating standard and ad hoc reports to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
Lead training on data warehouse use, perform monthly data quality assurance, and develop case studies and cohort analyses for internal and external presentations.
Requirements
At least 5 years of employee benefits or healthcare experience with consultants, brokers, health plans, systems, or providers.
Proficient in reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) with strong understanding of key performance metrics across medical, pharmacy, wellness, and other benefits data.
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SQL.
Experience working in data warehouse environments such as Artemis Health, Cotiviti, SCIO, Springbuk, or carrier/TPA platforms.
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
