About the role
- Analyze, report, and streamline financial data that supports cash flow accuracy and operational excellence
- Running and maintaining recurring AR reports to support the month-end close and dashboards
- Analyzing cash forecasts vs. actuals and identifying variances or trends
- Supporting business reviews and continuous process improvement projects
- Creating clear, data-driven summaries and insights for leadership teams
- Collaborating across Finance, Accounting, and Operations to improve data processes
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in financial or operational data analysis (AR or accounting a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data visualization)
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools (preferred but not required)
- Experience with Microsoft D365 and/or Salesforce (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to present findings clearly
- A collaborative, proactive approach with an interest in process improvement
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Data Analytics
