Product Manager

• Drive a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with Mercers Europe business goals, considering current capabilities and future technology needs
• Collaborate with business, technology and product leaders to translate business goals into a strategic vision and roadmap for the required technology solutions
• Provide strategic leadership for technology teams within the Europe portfolio, partnering with delivery leaders to oversee project implementation
• Provide oversight to ensure that our technology solutions and roadmap is aligned with MMC Tech’s overarching strategic technology objectives
• Appropriately manage technology risk and develop plans to address the challenges presented by legacy technology
• Support MMC’s security posture by proactively managing & addressing any emerging vulnerabilities within our application landscape
• Facilitate communication and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and key decisions
