- seasoned product manager with high-performing teams experience
- track record of leading consumer personalisation and discovery efforts
- data-driven with collaboration experience with machine learning experts or data scientists
- ability to systematically break down and solve complex problems
- good judgement in complex situations
- urge and resilience to challenge the status quo
- effective collaboration with diverse teams across engineering, design, data, user research, marketing, legal and compliance
- great storyteller motivating and inspiring teams
