• As our Senior Operations Specialist on the McGriff team, you’ll provide guidance to teammates and to 3rd party vendors.
• Manage projects geared toward meeting operational goals, adding efficiency, and driving excellence in client service and agency operations.
• Serve as subject matter expert for questions related to systems, procedures, workflows, and resources.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor adherence to procedures, standards, and workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships across business units, carriers, vendors, and outsourcing partners.
• Proactively identify and generate efficiencies and cost savings.
• Identify line of business challenges, provide support, and follow through to resolution.
• Lead and participate in project groups and collaborate with team members.
• Complete workload assessments for branch locations or third-party partners to provide guidance and recommendations.
• Remain abreast of current trends in insurance client service operations, standards, applications, workflows, and tools.
