Leading and participating in national and international projects with a focus on International Compensation & Benefits
Analyzing compensation data, market studies, and benchmarks and deriving actionable recommendations
Preparing and presenting proposals, concepts, and strategies at HR and management levels
Collaborating closely with internal teams and international colleagues to develop innovative HR solutions
Supporting business development activities, including participating in pitches and professional events
Actively shaping and enhancing our product offerings and services based on insights from the world’s largest compensation studies
Requirements
University degree, preferably in economics, psychology, or a HR-related field
Initial to several years of experience in HR consulting, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards Management, Global Mobility, or account management
Strong interest in compensation topics, benefits, current HR trends, and the application of AI solutions
Excellent analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
Strong communication skills and confident presence when engaging with executives and stakeholders
Fluent German and English skills
Enjoy working with clients and a good understanding of numbers and revenue
Initiative, dedication, and enthusiasm for continuous learning
