About the role

  • Partner with various business units to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of Human Resource-related projects, designed to shape the experiences of our Associates.
  • Align projects with organizational goals, monitor performance and lead planning, scheduling, and reporting of portfolio-related activities.
  • Navigate organizational complexity, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and provide thought leadership to drive innovation and best practices across the P&O portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategic integrated plans for managing a diverse portfolio of projects.
  • Lead the orchestration of multiple, concurrent projects with varying degrees of complexity.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of proposed P&O projects, prioritizing initiatives.
  • Influence stakeholder attitudes, decisions, and actions for mutual benefit.
  • Identify, monitor, and manage risks across the P&O portfolio.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in Portfolio Management, Program Director, or Transformation Director roles.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Deep expertise in project and portfolio management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a preference for experience using ServiceNow.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including team development, motivation, and management in matrixed environments.
  • Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and benefits realization.
  • Advanced competence in managing organizational complexity, including handling interdependencies, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, with a track record of balancing diverse interests, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaboration.
  • Thought leadership mindset, with the ability to influence strategic direction and promote continuous improvement and innovation.
