About the role

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
  • Coordinate administrative follow-up for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Oversee key employee-related processes such as company benefits enrollment and long-service awards
  • Follow up on open HR actions to ensure timely resolution
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment administration and hiring follow-up
  • Ensure high data accuracy in HR systems, performing regular audits
  • Prepare and update periodic and ad hoc HR reports and analyses
  • Support local HR processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support HR Business Partners in preparing presentations and reporting for key people initiatives
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR processes and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in an HR admin or coordination role
  • Confident using Excel to analyze data
  • Strong skills in Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Sound judgment in decision-making
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Effective relationship-building with associates, managers and senior leaders
  • Operate with a strong sense of accountability
