Requirements
- Significant experience within a matrixed and international organization.
- Ability and skill to influence stakeholders at all hierarchical levels.
- General understanding/knowledge of how a business operates.
- Both a strategic and operational mindset.
- Demonstrated experience showcasing advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proven experience in a pricing-related function.
- Experience with internal financial principles as well as client financial principles.
- Experience working with client teams.
- Experience leading analytical projects and value creation initiatives.
- Experienced manager capable of leading, motivating, and engaging a diverse team working across different locations – strong people management and inspirational leadership skills.
- Knowledge of general business management and commercial management skills (business forecasting, financial analysis, P&L management, understanding of the product offering).
