About the role
- Lead, develop, communicate with, and manage teams of associates
- Collaborate with other company leaders in logistics and other departments
- Ensure daily plans are executed supporting safety, quality, productivity, and customer service metrics
- Responsible for supply chain collaboration strategy with Clients to deliver excellent service
- Lead 10 direct reports developing collaborative supply solutions
- Provide attention and service to clients across various sectors
- Monitor the billing process and customer service through coordination with involved departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- 2 years managing teams as direct reports
- Excel and SAP, Office, Business Objects, TMS, WMS (basic)
- Financial analysis for project evaluation
- Knowledge of the supply chain
- Knowledge of the order process
- Knowledge of Replenishment - CPFR
- Advanced English language proficiency
