About the role

  • Lead, develop, communicate with, and manage teams of associates
  • Collaborate with other company leaders in logistics and other departments
  • Ensure daily plans are executed supporting safety, quality, productivity, and customer service metrics
  • Responsible for supply chain collaboration strategy with Clients to deliver excellent service
  • Lead 10 direct reports developing collaborative supply solutions
  • Provide attention and service to clients across various sectors
  • Monitor the billing process and customer service through coordination with involved departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5 years’ experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • 2 years managing teams as direct reports
  • Excel and SAP, Office, Business Objects, TMS, WMS (basic)
  • Financial analysis for project evaluation
  • Knowledge of the supply chain
  • Knowledge of the order process
  • Knowledge of Replenishment - CPFR
  • Advanced English language proficiency
