About the role
- Master Production Scheduling (MPS) – Factory RGY Korea.
- Regional consolidation of distribution requirement planning from importing markets.
- Convert and analyze periodic forecast into MPS and MRP and feed to regional factory.
- Align master planning activities with RGY capacity planning.
- Lead MPS meeting with regional factory team and commercial team.
- Maintain the RGY PFA dashboard to monitor performance.
- Support portfolio rationalization efforts to optimize product mix.
- Design and improve end-to-end planning processes within RGY SC team.
- Implement and manage (new) planning processes related to CO-Manufacturing sourcing and product flows.
- Manage consolidated demand from all AP markets and analyze strategic decision including supply network strategy.
- Lead periodic cycle meeting with markets, to review supply forecasting accuracy and gap vs target.
Requirements
- University degree (Master) in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin.
- Fluent English
- Specialization in Planning or APICS
- 10 Years’ experience in Supply Chain minimum.
- Minimum 5 years of Demand and Supply Planning Experiences.
