About the role

  • Master Production Scheduling (MPS) – Factory RGY Korea.
  • Regional consolidation of distribution requirement planning from importing markets.
  • Convert and analyze periodic forecast into MPS and MRP and feed to regional factory.
  • Align master planning activities with RGY capacity planning.
  • Lead MPS meeting with regional factory team and commercial team.
  • Maintain the RGY PFA dashboard to monitor performance.
  • Support portfolio rationalization efforts to optimize product mix.
  • Design and improve end-to-end planning processes within RGY SC team.
  • Implement and manage (new) planning processes related to CO-Manufacturing sourcing and product flows.
  • Manage consolidated demand from all AP markets and analyze strategic decision including supply network strategy.
  • Lead periodic cycle meeting with markets, to review supply forecasting accuracy and gap vs target.

Requirements

  • University degree (Master) in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin.
  • Fluent English
  • Specialization in Planning or APICS
  • 10 Years’ experience in Supply Chain minimum.
  • Minimum 5 years of Demand and Supply Planning Experiences.
