About the role
- Build and communicate a compelling digital vision to step-change efficiency and engage senior stakeholders
- Define, own, and deliver a rolling 3-year digital transformation road map with clear business impact
- Identify and implement digital, automation, and self-service solutions across Strategy Deployment
- Lead and coordinate all digital initiatives as the single point of contact, with functional leadership of the SD Digital Factory team
- Drive adoption through strong change management, training, and capability building
- Collaborate closely with internal technology teams and external partners across regions and segments to scale best practices
Requirements
- University degree and solid experience in digital transformation, project/program management, or technology-enabled change, or similar
- Proven digital expertise with strong business and change management skills
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and international environments
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and turn strategy into action
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
