- Responsible for payroll processing payment through appropriate channels
- Manage payroll statutory reports and requirements
- Ensure accurate payment and compliance with Mars policy
- Analyze and forecast SWB
- Support local, regional, and global payroll teams on projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years’ payroll experience
- Experience in India payroll preferred
- Good communication skills
- Good planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
