- Generate consistent inbound lead traffic
- Utilize Marketo or MAP to its fullest potential
- Employ features to load the top of the funnel
- Know SFDC integration
- Great teamwork and ability to manage expectations from multiple groups
- Optimize and scale technologies in the Marketing industry
- Review program requirements and identify areas of optimization
- Update progress on email marketing campaigns and programs
- Provide data-driven solutions and recommendations
- Maintain good data health and quality
- Manage Lead Quality, Lead Scoring and Lead Routing in Marketo
- Visualize data findings appropriately
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Marketo /MAP
- 2-3 years of Salesforce Experience
- Program and project management skill is a MUST
- Must be self motivated, passionate about Marketing Automation and enjoys learning and growing
- Team player
- Hands-on experience with dashboard and reporting
- Lead nurturing and Lead scoring good to have
