Contribute to the development and execute key features on the Business Systems Roadmap in partnership with EM and other Product Managers.
Innovate, automate and define scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional external customer experience, internal user experience and data integrity
Collaborate with the Salesforce engineering team to write detailed user stories and functional requirements.
Partner with internal operations teams (GTM, Risk, Finance, Risk and Cardholder support) to ensure systems are compliant
Participate in daily standups and perform stakeholder demos

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ability to own product vision, build strategic roadmaps, and drive execution from concept to delivery
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Portals, including strong working knowledge of Salesforce objects, data models, relationships, and configuration best practices
Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase projects in Agile/Scrum environments, with ability to balance competing priorities and deliver iterative value
Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other SaaS platforms, understanding API connections, data flows, and system dependencies
Strong technical documentation and knowledge management skills, with ability to create and maintain clear documentation for stakeholders at all technical levels
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain complex concepts in simple, accessible terms.
