About the role

  • Develop and foster new partnerships to support Maropost’s growth strategy
  • Manage end to end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration
  • Act as the main liaison between Maropost and its partners and manage all inquiries with urgency
  • Act as a support for other partnership team members
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of industry trends and identify potential areas of improvement
  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and to define new GTM (Go to Market) strategies
  • Foster and leverage relationships with senior leaders to support future growth initiatives
  • Ensure partners are enabled and engaged in promoting the Maropost platform

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management or key account management
  • You have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for building relationships
  • Previous SaaS experience
  • Exposure to eCcommerce products is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, this is a highly visible role
  • Level of comfort with managing multiple stakeholders, internal and external both technical and non-technical
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-growing organisation
