About the role

  • Manage day-to-day paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing.
  • Manage paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant platforms.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns focused on high-intent demand and pipeline creation.
  • Own keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding, budgets, and creative testing.
  • Optimize toward pipeline quality and revenue impact.
  • Improve CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, and ROI.
  • Partner with Web and CRO teams to improve landing page and funnel performance.
  • Identify opportunities to scale demand through new keywords, audiences, formats, and creatives.
  • Work with Growth and RevOps for accurate tracking, attribution, and lead quality.
  • Align paid programs with territory, segment, and product priorities.
  • Support experimentation across messaging, offers, and calls to action.
  • Monitor performance daily and surface insights quickly.
  • Build clear reports communicating results and recommendations.
  • Share learnings with stakeholders to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay current on platform changes, best practices, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years managing paid search and paid social programs
  • Experience managing meaningful budgets in B2B or high-consideration environments
  • Proven ability to drive qualified leads and pipeline through paid acquisition
  • Strong experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding, and creative testing
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO principles
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Growth, SEO, Creative, Web, and Product Marketing
  • Detail-oriented with bias toward execution and continuous improvement
  • Curious, analytical, and motivated by performance outcomes
  • Comfortable owning results and being accountable for spend efficiency.
  • A passion for owning performance channels and seeing a direct line to revenue.
