About the role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance the company's reputation
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base in the assigned region

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience with a record of achieving sales goals in technical sales
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business growth
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 70%.
