About the role
- Train via Marlowe's in-house Training Academy to service fire and security systems
- Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge
- Service and test a wide variety of fire and security systems within a compact geographical area
- Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits
- Operate across various locations in the UK and follow company procedures
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary (entry-level role)
- Keen interest in fire and security systems
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (beneficial but not essential)
- Working in service, broadband, or electrical services industries advantageous
- Willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation
- Great attention to detail
- Professional and presentable at all times
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Able to perform well individually and as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- Full driving licence (mandatory)
