About the role

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through a variety of channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Qualify leads using a scoring model and setting up meetings or calls between potential clients and our sales team.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
  • Follow a structured sales process to ensure consistent and efficient lead management.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of outreach campaigns and improve performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.

Requirements

  • A strong willingness to be coached and developed, with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Demonstrated sales skills, including the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Prior experience in sales or a related field is a plus, but not required.
