About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of product trainers to deliver impactful training aligned with organizational goals.
- Translate strategic directives from the Director into executable training plans and operational workflows.
- Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enablement programs, tools, and resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR to ensure training initiatives are aligned with business needs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to gather feedback, align priorities, and ensure program adoption.
- Apply project management principles to plan, execute, and evaluate training initiatives on time and within scope.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness, using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and adult learning.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed based on business demands and program priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training methodologies, or a related role.
- Strong background in facilitation, content creation, strategy development, and sales processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and clients.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Commitment to staying current with industry trends and prioritizing professional development.
