About the role

  • Identify, engage, and develop high-value enterprise opportunities across the DACH region
  • Drive strategic pipeline generation aligned with enterprise growth objectives
  • Partner closely with the Field Sales Representative to develop account strategies and opportunity plans
  • Develop and execute targeted account-based prospecting strategies
  • Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and C-suite executives
  • Identify organisational challenges and position relevant solutions
  • Conduct Discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and business priorities
  • Articulate value propositions that connect technology solutions to business outcomes
  • Support opportunities through deeper stages of the sales cycle in collaboration with the field sales team
  • Surface insights from the DACH market to inform messaging, positioning, and sales strategy
  • Identify expansion opportunities across business solutions

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German and English
  • 3-4 years experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales environments
  • Proven track record of generating enterprise pipeline and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Experience prospecting into large organisations and navigating complex buying groups
  • Strong consultative selling capabilities and problem-led sales approach
  • Ability to articulate business value and build credibility with executive buyers
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools
  • Highly motivated, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
