About the role
- Identify, engage, and develop high-value enterprise opportunities across the DACH region
- Drive strategic pipeline generation aligned with enterprise growth objectives
- Partner closely with the Field Sales Representative to develop account strategies and opportunity plans
- Develop and execute targeted account-based prospecting strategies
- Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and C-suite executives
- Identify organisational challenges and position relevant solutions
- Conduct Discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and business priorities
- Articulate value propositions that connect technology solutions to business outcomes
- Support opportunities through deeper stages of the sales cycle in collaboration with the field sales team
- Surface insights from the DACH market to inform messaging, positioning, and sales strategy
- Identify expansion opportunities across business solutions
Requirements
- Native or fluent German and English
- 3-4 years experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales environments
- Proven track record of generating enterprise pipeline and engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience prospecting into large organisations and navigating complex buying groups
- Strong consultative selling capabilities and problem-led sales approach
- Ability to articulate business value and build credibility with executive buyers
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools
- Highly motivated, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
