About the role
- Lead and motivate a team of New Business Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer success metrics.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to your team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within your team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare and present comprehensive business reviews to key clients, highlighting performance, trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Strong experience in sales management, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Experience in presenting business reviews to executive-level audiences.
